TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following Terms and Conditions (‘’Terms and Conditions’’) under which Qurbaani.pk will govern and supply the licenses and or Web Services. You accept these terms on behalf of the entity you represent (“Qurbaani.pk”) along with its Affiliates by either: (i) Signing the Terms physically or electronically; or (ii) placing an order with Qurbaani.pk on behalf of Qurbaani.pk. Upon acceptance or singing of undertaking, the Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either party. The Terms can be terminated by the either ‘party’, at any given time or for any reasons, by providing 30 days prior written notice to the other party. If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions, you are not granted permission to use the Service and should exit immediately.
DEFINITIONS AND INTEGRATION
In addition to any definitions contained within the body of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
“Affiliates” means any individual, agency or other entity that now or in the future, directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by or is under common control with [The Qurbaani.pk
“Contract” means an agreement, an Order Confirmation, a statement of work or similar document for the supply of licenses or the provision of Services between Qurbaani.pk and Qurbaani.pk.
“Licensor” means the legal entity that is the owner of the intellectual property rights vested in the software with the authority to define the End User License Agreement (“EULA”), Product Terms (“PT”) or other terms and conditions for the use of the software and licenses.
“Order Confirmation” means Qurbaani.pk acceptance of Qurbaani.pk’s purchase order in writing. Qurbaani.pk’s order or an automatically generated response by Qurbaani.pk does not represent a binding Order Confirmation.
“Services” means any delivery, installation, configuration, consultation or other professional services as specified by the parties in a Contract.
- PRICE QUOTATION:
The Price quotation of Qurbaani.pk services are in (mention currency dollars/Pound/PKR) , include packaging for domestic or international commercial shipment, as appropriate, and are exclusive of any other amounts including without limitation fees for export, special packaging, transportation and insurance, and are payable as per the Quote.
Prices do not constitute any taxes or tariffs.Qurbaani.pk has the legal authority to settle or collect any such custom duties or taxes, the Buyer shall be responsible to pay the reasonable amount until or unless the Buyer present a valid exemption certificates to Qurbaani.pk.
- ORDER RECEIVING
Orders confirmation or acceptance shall be subjected in the written form (via electronic mail or by printed letter or fax) by Qurbaani.pk contractual representative.
Qurbaani.pk is authorized to accept or reject any Buyer purchased order with in five (5) working day of invoice/receipt by Qurbaani.pk contractual representative.
- RETURN POLICY
Qurbaani.pk non-acceptable policy regarding on the return of supplied product/service/license unless such returns are admissible as per the Licensor’s return policies.
- PROPERTIARY RIGHTS
All Rights are reserved. The trademark used at Qurbaani.pk website is not linked with any of the intellectual property of any other third party. All the content presented in the Service is safeguarded by the governing Law. With the exception of incorporating images, text, look and attribute feels of the Qurbaani.pk. Removing or fabrication the copyright notice on any material on the Service is prohibited.
- COMMUNICATION & TRANSPERNCY
Qurbaani.pk opens room for constructive feedback and ideas presented by its clients and users about how to improve our product and service. Qurbaani.pk pledged to be transparent regarding their working patterns and documentation/terms and accept the same attitude from the other business parties.
- NO SOLIITATION
Qurbaani.pk website and terms are constructed on the basis of providing general information its products and services. Information provided is not intended to constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of any particular product or service.
- PRIVACY STATEMENT

Under no circumstances will the total liability of Qurbaani.pk to you exceed the price paid for use of the service.
- INDEMNIFICATION
You sign an agreement to defend and indemnify Qurbaani.pk and its representative, partners, shareholders,, assigns, and attorneys from and against any and all claims, proceedings, damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees and litigation expenses) relating to or arising from your use of the Service and any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions.
- TAXES
Qurbaani.pk is labile to calculate and pat any withholding taxes, duties and tariffs (cross-border transaction) by the governing law. Qurbaani.pk may or may not deduct or withhold any taxes from any amount on a cross border transaction, the amount payable will be increased/decreased depending upon the charges of taxes.
- GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
Qurbaani.pk formulated Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan without reference to its choice of law rules. By accessing, viewing, or using the material, you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal and provincial courts, and agree to accept service of process by mail.
- E-COMMERCE
Compliance of the E-commerce laws will be your responsibility. According to the stated law you are responsible to hold harmless, protect, and defend and indemnify Qurbaani.pk and its subcontractors from any claim, penalty, tax, tariff loss or damage arising from your or your clients’ use of Internet electronic commerce.
